These terms cover the noryxbot.com website. The NoryxBot bot isn’t available to the public yet: its own terms of service will be published here before launch.

The noryxbot.com website is operated by Studio Zératik, in Québec (Canada). It presents NoryxBot, a project in development. It is free to use and needs no account.

2. A project in development

The features, platforms and dates shown on the website describe what is planned. They may change before launch and are not an offer or a promise of service.

3. Intellectual property

The NoryxBot name, its logo, and the website’s text, images and code belong to Studio Zératik. You may share links to the website, but not copy or reuse its content without written permission.

Twitch and Discord are trademarks of their respective owners. NoryxBot is not affiliated with or endorsed by Twitch or Discord.

4. Links to other websites

The website links to other websites, such as Studio Zératik’s. Those websites have their own terms.

5. Liability

We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but it may change or be interrupted. These terms don’t remove any right the law gives you, including under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada.
